There is a Summer Season and a Winter Season, it doesn’t go from the start of the year to the finish and your registration doesn’t carry over into the next season automatically.

The club registration and game fee for the full season is $220 made up of:
- $60 registration
- $160 game fees
This is an upfront payment and includes full club registration and all game fees for the season. Payment plans are available for those who need them, however this does need to be requested and approved by the president. You can do this by emailing president@wildcatsbasketball.au
All volunteer Coaches will be given a $60 discount in appreciation of you volunteering your time. Please contact treasurer@wildcatsbasketball.au for a discount code.
Basketball Victoria charges the following fees to help cover the costs of managing the sport, which includes the providing of services and insurance to participants, clubs and associations. These fees are built into PlayHQ club or association registration forms and are inclusive of GST and transaction fees but does not include fees that may be charged by your club or association.
Basketball Victoria Annual Participant Licence for players (per 365-days)
$32 – Junior (17 and under) playing participant
$46 – Senior (18 and over) playing participant
Basketball Australia Participant Fee (Game Development Levy of $5.50 per player
What if I miss registration?
We give ample time for you to register. Reminders are put out on Facebook and the website.
If you are late or miss registration, you will be put on a waitlist. Once the grading period is over, the match committee will revisit teams and players and hopefully, we can offer you a spot on a team. If not we will always offer the option to train.
What happens if I don’t pay?

What does my season game fee payment include?
Season payments are a combination of:
- Club registration which contributes to Wildcats running costs i.e. training facilities fees and equipment.
- Expected games played
- Transaction fees
What if my child is sick or misses a game?
Refunds will only be given in extreme circumstances, for example a player who gets injured and cannot play greater than 50% of the season. Refunds will not be provided if single games are missed.
What if my team has a bye?
All of this is taken into consideration when registration and game fees are calculated.
